Zion Ridge Court was begun in 2004. There are lots for 24 cottages to be built. At present twelve of these cottages have been built or are under construction. This court boasts several different floor plans ranging from 1080 square feet to 2000 square feet.
All are at least two bedrooms with two baths and most have sunrooms. They have attached one or two car garages. These cottages have vinyl siding with brick fronts and cozy front porches. Some have walkout basements. A basement is optional on all cottages. These cottages are nestled in the rear of our 133 acres and all on this court will enjoy a peaceful country atmosphere with all the amenities of a town near by. Several lots are still available.
