Timber Ridge Court is our largest court. In 2000 we began building the 26 all brick cottages there. These cottages are our largest with up to 2800 square feet of living space. Ten of the 26 cottages have full walkout basements. These cottages are all brick with front porches. Many have a large sunroom in the rear with a large deck, patio or both.
All the cottages have an enlarged one-car attached garage. The cottages have at least two bedrooms, two or three full baths and a large laundry/mud room leading from the attached garage. There are several floor plan arrangements to choose from. Timber Ridge has it's own pavilion. It is a large shelter with a full kitchen and bath and accommodations for approximately 30 or 40 for picnics, potlucks or family reunions. The Timber Ridge residents enjoy the pavilion and extensive landscaping done in their court. Retirement living at it's finest!
