Prairie Ridge Court cottages were built in the early 1990's. These eighteen cottages are all brick. They are approximately 1200 to 1300 square feet.
All cottages have two bedrooms, two baths, a large laundry/mud room leading in from the attached garage and many have sunrooms. Most have a deck or patio. Prairie Ridge Court has a large gazebo in the grassy area in the middle of the court. It is landscaped and is used by Prairie Ridge residents for potlucks, summer gatherings and family events.
