Evergreen Court cottages were built in the early 1980's. There are two floor plans. Each cottage has two bedrooms a living/dining room combination, kitchen, one bath, laundry area and attached garage. Many have attached sunrooms or screen rooms. The cottages are framed in vinyl siding with colorful accents. This is one our most requested courts.
