Maple Lawn Apartments independent living is a unique program offering financially affordable rental options for persons 62 and over. Also persons 18 or older who have been declared legally mobility impaired, and are capable of living independently.

Our apartments provide maximum independence and privacy without the worrisome responsibility of home ownership and maintenance.

Each of the 100 apartments are 520 square feet - large enough to be comfortably cozy, yet small enough to make cleaning and maintenance easy.

All apartments include one bedroom large enough for a double bed or two single beds, and a large closet. The living/ dining room gives you opportunity to bring as much or as little as desired to make your unit 'home'.

Wall-to-wall carpeting and coordinated vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as sheer curtains, refrigerator and range, are standard provisions.

The second floor apartments have balconies. Hallways and common areas are professionally decorated to enhance the relaxed, home-like atmosphere of Maple Lawn.
