From the moment you move in, you will enjoy more freedom and independence. You will no longer have to worry about maintenance, you can enjoy doing the things you love to do---playing with the grandchildren, visiting friends, traveling, volunteering and so much more.
Your new home will be redecorated. In the cottages you get to help choose flooring, paint, wallpaper and other changes. The apartments are decorated with new paint and flooring.

Our cottage homes and apartments are designed for convenience, safety and independence. The maintenance crew will take care of your home and the grounds of Maple Lawn Homes. The other services we provide allow you to choose what you want and not want, to be involved in, just as you now make choices as to where to eat, where to shop, to have help cleaning your home, you still get to make those choices.

Life at Maple Lawn can be as active and involved as you want. You can join our many activities, volunteer opportunities and community events as you would like, you make the choice. Our activity staff are constantly providing fun, stimulating activities for a variety of
interests, everything from computers to gardening, billiards to quilting, two choirs to woodworking, and much, much more. The nature trails and exercise classes and areas assist you in staying physically fit, while our mini-seminars offer stimulation for your mind.

Maple Lawn offers great activities and social events. The residents have a wide variety of opportunities in which to participate, including computers, computer club, two choirs, exercise/fitness programs at Eureka Collage... just to name a few. As well, there are other numerous off-campus and on-campus activities.

The activities vary to meet the many interests of our residents. There's something for everyone!

The Maple Lawn Cottages independent living program is a unique concept in retirement living for active persons 62 and over.

Combining the advantages of in-home ownership with the best of life-lease arrangements.

Our duplex homes provide carefree living within a retirement community - allowing you the ability to maintain maximum independence, privacy and security, without the worrisome responsibility of home ownership and mainenance.

Because we take care of the house-work, you can enjoy the fun of being retired - playing with the grandkids, going out to eat, golfing, learning to use the computer...whatever interests you.

Prairie Ridge Court, Timber Ridge Court and Zion Ridge Court have been and continue to be built by Hartman Builders. All our cottages are stick-built cottages built on site. The master craftsmen at Hartman work very hard to provide our residents with the highest standard possible in building.
